Formula partnered with a repeat developer client to deliver a purpose-built automotive workshop and retail facility supporting business expansion in Bell Block, New Plymouth.

The site required careful design planning to allow for future subdivision while maintaining compliance and operational functionality. The workshop layout separates large and small vehicle service areas, with vehicle circulation and public access carefully considered to prioritise health and safety and workflow efficiency. A distinct retail frontage was created using aluminium weatherboards and fibre cement-clad parapets to deliver strong street appeal. The exterior was completed in the tenant’s corporate colours with integrated signage for brand impact. The finished facility combines practical industrial design with a polished commercial presence.
