Planning & Early Engagement

Architects Reviewing Plans

Design & Documentation

Once a project is confirmed, we manage the full design and documentation process required for building and resource consent.

This includes coordination of all specialist disciplines, such as:
 

  • Architectural documentation

  • Structural engineering

  • Civil engineering and stormwater design

  • Fire design and reporting

  • Geotechnical testing and reporting

  • Planning and consents

  • Services design and modelling (if applicable)


By managing this in-house, we reduce risk, streamline communication and keep the project moving efficiently.

Contract & Procurement

We run a competitive tender process with trusted subcontractors and suppliers to ensure maximum value and quality for our clients.
