Formula delivered Entec’s flagship commercial and industrial development as a staged design and build project, aligning scope with budget through early feasibility planning.

Stage One introduced a 480sqm head office and 60sqm laboratory, designed as a strong architectural statement using Alucobond, fibre cement and durable Colorsteel cladding. Constructed with Axxis steel framing and a thermally broken rigid air barrier, the office exceeds NZ Building Code insulation requirements, creating a high-performance, energy-efficient workspace.

Stage Two delivered a purpose-built 36m clear-span structural steel workshop with 7m knee height and oversized roller doors to accommodate large prefabricated structures. Fire-rated systems, retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure and completed site works created a fully integrated industrial campus. The development showcases Formula’s capability in staged commercial construction and large-format industrial buildings.
