McCurdy Trucks

Formula delivered a bespoke design and build industrial facility for McCurdy Trucks, providing a fully integrated workshop, showroom and parts warehouse tailored for long-term growth.

The 3,450sqm truck workshop was configured for operational efficiency, incorporating dedicated service and engineering zones, precast service pits, compressed air and lubricant systems, hoists and overhead gantry crane capability within a hybrid steel structure. An 800sqm showroom and office was seamlessly integrated, with future-proofed features including mezzanine offices and internal vehicle display access.

Close coordination with structural and architectural consultants ensured best-value outcomes while maintaining budget control. Significant infrastructure upgrades, including installation of a new transformer, supported the high power demands of the facility.

Completed in nine months, this project reflects Formula’s expertise in delivering large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from concept through to turnkey handover.
